Multi-stream viewing analytics
Viewing context
I defined how analytics should describe viewers switching between games in multiview, and validated playback behavior across platforms. The work connected each stream to the shared viewing session.

The challenge
A play or view change can mean something different depending on the game, player, device, and active view. Context must travel with the interaction so analysts can interpret it.
My approach
Shape event and metadata requirements around session, game, player, and view context, then check the implementation across devices and playback paths.
Documented outcome
A documented measurement approach for interpreting playback and multiview interactions.
My role
Defined structured context for user, device, player, content, and multiview interactions; validated playback behavior across the documented platform matrix.

I developed a human-reviewed workflow for reorganizing documentation without losing its structure or meaning. It combined repeatable transformations, snapshots, and a small trial. Bulk migration remained pending.
Structured transformationSnapshots
Explore the case study +
The challenge
Large documentation moves can lose hierarchy, links, or meaning when the source and destination do not share the same structure.
My approach
Use deterministic transformations for repeatable changes, retain before-and-after snapshots, test a canary, then inspect destination content before proceeding.
Documented outcome
A defined workflow for safer migration and human verification. Bulk execution remained deferred.
My role
Developed a migration workflow and review pattern. Bulk execution remained pending; this page does not claim the migration was completed.
I defined streaming metadata expectations and checked playback behavior with engineering and QA partners. Comparing implementations with specifications helped identify differences across devices and releases.

The challenge
Content and playback context can drift as implementations vary across clients and releases.
My approach
Compare observed behavior with the specification, validate classifications and required context, and retest changes across the documented platform matrix.
Documented outcome
A repeatable comparison and retest approach for streaming metadata.
My role
Defined metadata expectations and performed cross-platform validation with engineering and QA partners.
I contributed analytics installation and implementation guidance for web properties, covering consent, page naming, and common event expectations. Estate-wide completion and production publication are unverified.

The challenge
Teams need common expectations for how analytics loads, respects consent, and describes page context across web properties.
My approach
Define a practical contract for installation, consent handling, page naming, and validation that product teams can apply to their implementation.
Documented outcome
A reusable standard for property analytics. Estate-wide completion and production publication are unverified.
My role
Contributed to property-level analytics standards and implementation guidance.

Analytics QA browser workbench
Review experience
I shaped the product and user experience of a conceptual browser tool for analytics QA, with AI-assisted implementation. It brought expected behavior and review evidence together; no deployment or employer adoption is claimed.
Product and UX directionAI-assisted implementation
Explore the case study +
The challenge
Reviewers often need to move between a specification, browser behavior, and evidence to decide whether an implementation is ready.
My approach
Bring the expected event, observed behavior, and review decision into one conceptual workspace with a clear evidence trail.
Documented outcome
A product direction for a more legible QA workflow. No deployment or adoption is claimed.
My role
Product and UX direction with AI-assisted implementation. This concept is not presented as deployed employer software or an adopted tool.

Architecture
Event-driven data layer modernization
I contributed specifications, implementation guidance, and validation to modernize legacy analytics around reusable event definitions and a shared data layer. The migration remained in progress.
Project details
The challenge
Legacy tagging patterns can make shared behavior difficult to maintain across product surfaces.
My approach
Work with frontend engineers on data-layer contracts and move implementation patterns toward reusable event definitions.
Documented outcome
Migration work in progress; no estate-wide completion is claimed.
My role
Contributor across specifications, implementation, and validation.
I defined reusable tracking behavior for club-site components and checked event firing. The aim was to record each intended interaction consistently, without duplicate events.
Project details
The challenge
A shared interface component can be implemented in several contexts, creating risk of inconsistent or repeated events.
My approach
Specify component interaction events and check that each user action produces the intended measurement once.
Documented outcome
A reusable tracking and validation approach.
My role
Defined reusable measurement behavior and validated event firing.
I helped align event names, specifications, and QA checks so delivery teams could review analytics against a common reference.
Project details
The challenge
When taxonomy and QA criteria diverge, teams have no dependable way to interpret whether an implementation is ready.
My approach
Connect the event specification to implementation checks and review the result with delivery partners.
Documented outcome
A shared governance pattern for event definitions, implementation expectations, and QA review.
My role
Contributed to taxonomy, event, and QA alignment.

Architecture
Sessions and campaign attribution
I defined and validated requirements for session boundaries and campaign attribution. Clear rules described when visit context and campaign values should persist or reset; production delivery is not asserted.
Project details
The challenge
Inconsistent session rules and campaign persistence can make behavior difficult to compare.
My approach
Specify when session context begins or changes and how campaign values persist or reset across navigation.
Documented outcome
Clear measurement rules for sessions and campaign context; production delivery is not asserted.
My role
Defined and validated session and attribution requirements.

Architecture
Identity, membership, and commerce
I contributed architecture and implementation guidance for identity, membership, and commerce measurement. Shared requirements connected page views and purchase steps with the context needed to interpret them.
Project details
The challenge
Identity and purchase events need consistent context across the steps of a customer journey.
My approach
Define shared page-view and funnel expectations, then validate identity handling and event context at each step.
Documented outcome
A documented measurement approach for identity validation and commerce behavior.
My role
Contributed architecture and implementation guidance across identity and commerce measurement.
I defined reusable interactions and required context for newer device experiences, then validated those expectations against the experience. This gave evolving interfaces a consistent measurement starting point.
Project details
The challenge
New interfaces introduce interactions that do not map neatly to existing web or mobile conventions.
My approach
Describe reusable actions and required context, then validate the property model against the experience.
Documented outcome
A reusable definition pattern for evolving device experiences.
My role
Defined interaction and property expectations for evolving surfaces.
I contributed transformation guidance and read-back checks for restructuring documentation while preserving its hierarchy and meaning. Oversized changes remained deferred for further review.
Project details
The challenge
Documentation can lose important hierarchy or meaning during large-scale restructuring.
My approach
Preserve source snapshots, make bounded changes, inspect the destination, and defer changes that exceed a safe review scope.
Documented outcome
A cautious restructuring pattern; oversized changes remained deferred.
My role
Contributed to transformation guidance, review, and read-back checks.

03 / HOW I WORK
Design the contract. Prove the implementation.
01
Reuse before adding.
Consolidate event families. Derive what existing data can answer. Extend a model before creating another one.
02
Evidence before closure.
Compare expected with actual. Capture the network. Re-test the corrected version. A successful response is only the beginning.
03
Human judgment at the boundary.
Use deterministic rules where correctness matters. Route ambiguity to review, and verify every consequential AI write.
